Shipping Policy - the basics 

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

   

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

   

We provide worldwide delivery services.

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, we offer free Postal

 

Shipping for orders over US $95 (with the exception clearance products).

We don't charge any taxes on any countries, but duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, it rarely occurs duties.

For order contains Pre-Order items, will be delivered on the date stating on the description of the items.

Shipping Status

You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

How to solve the problem of delayed delivery?

If the order is delayed in the process of transportation, or the customer does not receive the order within the specified time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact the shipping company to urge your order.
